In case you missed the email that was sent out on July 1, 2014, effective July 31, 2014 we will no longer provide support for myMoney Suite and Collections software.

Because we value you and appreciate all you have done for us, today, July 15, 2014 we have uploaded an “unlock key” that will disable the mandatory registration check-in of your myMoney software. Provided you are current with your subscription payments and you download the “unlock key”, you will be able to continue to use the software, indefinitely. The July subscription fee will be the final charge to your credit card.

The next time you log into your software, you will receive a pop-up informing you that there is an update available. In order to continue to have access to your myMoney software, you must download the update before July 31, 2014. After downloading the update you should be running 1.4.3.88, as this is the final version. You can verify that you downloaded the update by clicking on the menu wheel, and going to the “My Business” section. Click on the support button to check your version. It should say version 1.4.3.88.

The myMoney server will be shut down on July 31, 2014 at 12:00 noon Central Standard Time. Once this server is shut down, you will not have an avenue to receive the “unlock key” or to reload the software. We strongly urge you to find a replacement point of sale software for your business.

Please go to myMoneysuite.com for information regarding what can be downloaded from your existing myMoney software. It will give you step by step instructions on how to export the information. I would like to remind you that the server containing myMoneySuite.com will be disabled on July 31, 2014 at 12:00 noon Central Standard Time. If you have not migrated to the replacement software by then, you should go online and download these instructions for future use.
